Blackman & Sloop will be presenting at this years NBCBSNC Foundation Healthy Community Institute for Nonprofit Excellence, teaching about “Nonprofit Operating Reserves and the Board’s Role in the 990”.

The purpose of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina Foundation Healthy Community Institute for Nonprofit Excellence (HCI) is to provide training to strengthen the organizational capacity of the nonprofit organizations in North Carolina.

The event is free (a $150 refundable deposit is required), and there are a limited number of spots available. Registration may close early and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
